Mr. Aulicino joined CES Energy Solutions as Chief Financial Officer in October 2018, bringing over 18 years of experience in finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and North American energy services industry coverage. He came to CES from Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, where he most recently held the title of Managing Director, Global Investment Banking – Energy. During his nearly two decades at Scotiabank, Mr. Aulicino served as a trusted financial and strategic advisor to CES, developing deep familiarity with the Company’s industry, business model, and operations prior to joining the executive team. As Executive Vice President and CFO, he oversees financial management, treasury, capital markets financing, corporate development, and investor relations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Aulicino worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Celestica Inc. Mr. Aulicino holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, also from the University of Toronto.
