Mr. Disney co-founded Catalyst Oilfield Services in 2005, building it into a leading U.S. production chemical company before being acquired by CES Energy Solutions in 2016 and integrating it with Jacam Chemicals to form Jacam Catalyst. He has served as President of Jacam Catalyst and U.S. Production Chemicals within CES since August 2018, overseeing operations across more than 50 locations throughout the United States. Mr. Disney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
