Why Invest in CES?

Why Invest In CES?

A Track Record Built to Last.

CES Energy Solutions is a leading independent provider of consumable chemical solutions to the North American oil and gas industry, distinguished by a vertically integrated, asset-light business model and a disciplined approach to capital allocation.

The Company has consistently grown market share across drilling fluids and production chemicals, supported by a customer-centric culture and a portfolio of trusted regional brands. With increasing exposure to recurring, service-intensive production chemical revenue, CES delivers stable, through-cycle free cash flow while reducing sensitivity to drilling activity. Structural industry tailwinds - including longer laterals, higher frac intensity, and more complex well designs - continue to drive demand for advanced chemical solutions, reinforcing CES' competitive position. Backed by a strong balance sheet and prudent leverage, CES remains committed to responsible capital allocation while compounding long-term value.

Our Track Record

An entrepreneurial culture and customer-centric focus have built CES into a world-class manufacturer and the leading independent provider of consumable chemical solutions in North America. CES has consistently grown market share in drilling fluids across both the U.S. and Canada - through downturns, recoveries, and every point of the cycle in between.

Our Business Model

Asset-light and capex-efficient by design. CES operates a counter-cyclical balance sheet purpose-built to generate significant surplus free cash flow at all points of the cycle. The growing mix of production chemical revenue - a recurring, service-intensive stream - underpins increasing stability in financial performance and reduces exposure to drilling activity fluctuations.

Our Marketplace

CES operates in growing markets. Rising service intensity, longer laterals, larger frac stages, and increasingly complex completions structurally increase demand for advanced chemical treatments - independent of rig count trends. As operators push the limits of reservoir performance, the chemistry required to drill, complete, and produce those wells becomes more sophisticated, and more valuable.

Shareholder Returns

CES consistently returns capital to shareholders through quarterly cash dividend and Normal Course Issuer Bid buyback program. This commitment reflects the Board's confidence in the durability of CES' free cash flow generation and the strength of the Company's balance sheet - maintained at conservative leverage through all market conditions.
