A Simple Promise
AES Drilling Fluids
The AES team has made a lasting commitment to Simple Promise Farms, a mission-based non-profit working farm located in Elgin, Texas. Founded in 2019, Simple Promise Farms partners with Ranch House Recovery to support individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction through therapeutic farming, animal-assisted therapy, and meaningful work. Participants in the program tend gardens, greenhouses, and animals - building life skills, a sense of purpose, and a connection to community that aids in long-term recovery. All farm profits go directly into a scholarship fund that helps cover the costs of sober living, mental health support, and recovery programming for men and women across Central Texas.
AES supports Simple Promise Farms through a combination of financial sponsorship and hands-on volunteerism. The AES "A Simple Promise Golf Classic" has raised significant funds to help sustain the farm and expand its reach, and AES team members have rolled up their sleeves at the farm directly - planting, tending, and working alongside those in the program. It is the kind of partnership that reflects the character of the AES team: unpretentious, personal, and grounded in a genuine desire to make a difference in the communities where they work.
